This project showcases a high-poly sculpt of an original alien creature concept, created in Blender’s Sculpt Mode. The primary goal was to explore organic forms, anatomical exaggeration, and alien-like surface detailing through a fully procedural sculpting workflow.
The model was developed using dynamic topology (Dyntopo) and refined with multiresolution detailing to achieve complex surface textures such as scales, folds, and biological asymmetries. Particular attention was given to form readability, silhouette balance, and material separation, preparing the asset for potential retopology and texturing stages.
Lighting and rendering were performed in Cycles, emphasizing subsurface reflections and shadow contrast to highlight the sculpt’s depth and structure.
This piece demonstrates proficiency in high-poly sculpting, conceptual creature design, and technical execution within a production-ready 3D workflow.
